Order Policy

When ordering you must enter the correct address, any applicable coupons or promos and the correct name. If you forgot to add an item to your order, please contact us and we can add additional items to your order.

Unfortunately, we can not add coupons, promotions or make any price adjustments.

Shipping Policy

All shipped orders ship via USPS. Our processing time is 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) unless otherwise stated. Shipping time is in addition to the processing time. Shipping time depends on USPS, always allow for shipping delays, once a package leaves our store, it is out of our control.

 Sunrise Soapery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Sunrise Soapery is unable to offer returns/refunds on our items. However, if you have an issue with your item(s), please contact us. 

Please note: in the rare event that Sunrise Soapery does honor a return/refund or an exchange, a 20% restocking/return fee will be charged. Sunrise Soapery has the right to enforce the return policy and refuse a return/exchange for any reason.
