Shipping & Order Pickup


All shipped orders, ship via USPS. Processing time is 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping time is in addition to processing time. The shipping time depends on USPS, always allow for shipping delays. Sunrise Soapery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, however if you receive a damaged item please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

We no longer offer delivery services and have temporarily halted order pickup.



Shipping during the summer can be tricky for some of our products. With that being said we have established some things and created a "Summer Shipping Policy" most of our original shipping policy remains with a few amendments. 

There are a few items that this new policy will not apply to because they will not melt. The items that will not melt are all bar soaps, soap accessories. All other products that we carry, either melt themselves, or contain ingredients that have a possibility of melting. 
The 'policy' is as follows: 
We will be shipping products that may melt in insulted mailers with moisture resistant cold packs. If the order is large enough to go in a box, the item will go inside the mailer with the cold pack and the in the box with the rest of your order - it will then act as an insulated bag. We STRONGLY recommend choosing Priority Mail for the shipping method. This will get your package there the fastest (if USPS is not delayed). First Class Mail may take up to a week or longer. 
We also advise you ship your product to a location that you know you will be so it can avoid sitting in the sun or being brought back to the post office. 
With this new way of summer shipping, there will be be a small increase in shipping costs. This is to cover the extras that are needed to get your products to you in the best possible condition.
If you have your product shipped to you and it arrives melted place it in the fridge or the freezer for 10-30 minutes and it will stiffen. The product will still be safe for use. 
We will not issue refunds for products that arrive to you melted. But please contact us to find out how to get your product back to somewhat normal.



Sunrise Soapery offers refunds or exchanges on UNOPENED and UNUSED items only within 30 days of your order. Proof of purchase (receipt, customer account, or credit card) is required. Items must have original packaging, tags and labels in order to be eligible for returns
The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to us at their expense. Shipping fees are never refunded.
If we receive your item and it is open or used, no refund or exchange will be issued.
Sunrise Soapery reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange.
